Refund policy
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return or exchange the product.
The products must be in the same condition in which they were received, without having been used, with the original packaging and product labels. It is important to clarify that the products that have been purchased during the sales season will be taken with that same price.
Keep in mind that the costs of sending the return are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
¿How do I do it?
Send us an email to info@putonart.es indicating your order number and the reason why you want to return it. We will contact you as soon as possible and tell you how to move forward.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund in the same way you made the purchase. Keep in mind that depending on the payment method this process can take between 7 and 14 days.
